South Coast Hydrate is a passion project I started from my own personal journey to health. In 2018, I finished up playing rugby and began looking at alternative ways to maintain my health and fitness. I started drinking Alkaline water and immediately found myself having increased energy and feeling more hydrated. After introducing many of my friends and family to this product, the results were overwhelming. The Alkaline water had helped them also notice a huge difference in their overall health.

I started this subscription service to provide an easy way for people to have access to the benefits of using Alkaline water in their everyday lives. 

We are donating a percentage of our profits to the Blind and Visually impaired. This cause is close to my heart, as in December 2023 I was attacked with a glass bottle leaving me permanently blind in both eyes. This traumatic incident lead to many surgeries and months of recovery. There is still a long road to my recovery but I am lucky to have had the support of my friends and family. I want to give back to the people who may not have the same support in their lives. South Coast Hydrate is here to make a difference.
